About the Role

We are seeking a Philippine-based Senior Team Leader – Research & Valuations to oversee the daily operations of our Research, Valuations, and Market Analytics teams. This is a remote, full-time position aligned with Sydney business hours. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring project success, driving team performance, and fostering professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary link between senior leadership and operational teams, ensuring clear communication of goals and feedback.
• Lead, support, and step in for team leaders as needed.
• Oversee project delegation and track progress to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Identify and address training needs, fostering team growth.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development.
• Develop and manage team KPIs and performance metrics.
• Contribute to strategic planning and department budget management.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Property Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in research or valuations, with proven success in delivering results.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience managing teams and projects.
• Solid understanding of property valuation, market research, and analytics.
• Experience in the Australian property market (preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Excel).
• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work Sydney business hours remotely.
