About the Role:

We are looking for hungry, driven individuals who show initiative, are team players, and are quick learners. Our team of elite Property Specialists are a big driving force of our company. Their primary function is to speak to warm prospects that are pre-qualified and scheduled into their calendars by our appointment-setting team and then close them on a membership fee.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Embody company values
  • Support and grow the team culture
  • Hit KPIs for the number of newly joined members per month
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects over a short and long-term period, constantly following them up to help them move forward with membership
  • Generate new prospects from referrals
  • Proactively find improved ways to achieve higher success for yourself and the team


Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales (Property, Finance or Mortgage Broking preferred — but open to all elite sales talent)
  • Comfortable being on Zoom for 4–5 sessions per day
  • willing to undergo and pass a police checkbackground check, and social media check as a condition of employment
