About the Role

Freedom is expanding our global sales team and looking to hire 5 remote Appointment Setters based in South Africa. This role involves outbound calling to book Discovery Sessions with potential clients, supporting our growing customer base in Australia. You'll work overnight SA time to align with Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to schedule Discovery Sessions
• Follow the provided scripts and objection-handling frameworks
• Accurately track call outcomes and booking results in CRM
• Qualify prospects based on provided criteria
• Maintain high productivity and meet daily targets
• Collaborate with Australian-based teams on campaign goals
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism on every call

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of outbound phone sales or BPO experience
• Comfortable working overnight shifts (1:00 AM – 9:00 AM SAST)
• Experience with AU/UK/US campaigns is highly preferred
• Strong English communication and objection-handling skills
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25/10 Mbps)
• Own laptop, webcam, and noise-cancelling headset
• Able to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines
