Settlement Officer
Opportunities:

Essential Requirement:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Australian HOME LOAN processing, and documentation from an Australian mortgage broker or bank
- Must be knowledgeable with using Infinity and HubSpot.
- Must have excellent communication skills

About the Role:
We seek someone highly motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must work well in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaising with lenders to ensure settlements happen on time, including the follow-up on post-approval settlement conditions (Payout figures for secured and unsecured debts, insurance, booking in settlements).
- Coordinate with solicitors to carry out accurate settlement instructions
- Liaise with external parties (SMSF Agencies) and stakeholders.
- Update and inform clients of their settlement status.
- Coordinate with all parties involved to ensure all documentation is ready for settlement.
- Delivering timely and accurate completion of settlements with a high-volume caseload
General Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in banking documentation in home loan compliance.
- Proven experience in End-to-End application process: Application lodgment to Settlement
- Core settlement experience would be preferable but not mandatory
- Knowledgeable with Infinity, Apply Online, and HubSpot. (Preferred, not Mandatory)
- Technologically savvy (proficient in MS Office application)
- Great attention to detail
- Out-of-box thinking skills
