We’re now looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Senior Paid Ads Specialist & Funnel Performance Director to join our marketing team, take full ownership of our paid media strategy, and directly manage every stage of our funnel — from ad to sale.
This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing and offers full responsibility for running all ad accounts in-platform, building campaigns, and scaling results.

What You’ll Do
As our Senior Paid Ads Specialist & Funnel Performance Director, you will:
Personally manage and optimise ad accounts across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Own and execute the full funnel from ad → lead magnet/VSL → landing page → booked call → sale
Build and launch ad variations weekly, testing creative, hooks, offers, and targeting
Direct all funnel creative assets including copy, video, design, landing pages, and eBooks
Analyse CPL, CAC, ROAS, watched %, and funnel conversion rates to drive decisions
Project manage and coordinate with internal and offshore resources (copy, dev, design)
Integrate campaign performance with sales team feedback and MQL-SQL pipeline metrics
Bonus: Contribute to our organic traffic growth by advising on SEO strategy and on-page optimisation (desirable but not required)
This is a hands-on, high-accountability role for someone who thrives in-platform, builds campaigns from the ground up, and constantly improves performance based on real data.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
4+ years of direct, hands-on paid media and funnel management experience
Proven success managing and scaling budgets of $50K+ per month
Expert-level skills in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms
Advanced HubSpot knowledge: landing pages, automation, workflows, and dashboards
Strong ability to direct and critique ad copy, visual assets, and video creatives
Experience in property or financial services marketing is a bonus
Fast-moving, data-obsessed, highly analytical, and results-oriented
