The Junior Business Intelligence/ Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging day-to-day operational knowledge with data-driven insights. This role is responsible for transforming operational, sales, and marketing data into clear, actionable reports that support decision-making across the business.
The role partners closely with operations and leadership teams to improve visibility, efficiency, and performance through accurate reporting, dashboarding, and process insights. A strong understanding of business operations, CRM systems, and reporting tools is essential, with a particular focus on HubSpot, Looker Studio, and Google Workspace.

The role partners closely with operations and leadership teams to improve visibility, efficiency, and performance through accurate reporting, dashboarding, and process insights. A strong understanding of business operations, CRM systems, and reporting tools is essential, with a particular focus on HubSpot, Looker Studio, and Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of business operations, workflows, and performance drivers across the organisation, translating operational needs into meaningful metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
- Design, build, and maintain accurate and insightful dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and Google Sheets to support operational, commercial, and leadership decision-making
- Analyse operational, sales, and marketing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities, providing clear and actionable insights
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs and source systems
- Optimise and manage HubSpot reporting, dashboards, and data structures, ensuring reliable pipeline, lifecycle, and performance reporting
- Support CRM data quality, including validation of data inputs, structure, and ongoing improvements to reporting reliability
- Automate recurring reports and dashboards to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
- Integrate data from multiple sources where required to deliver consolidated and meaningful business insights
- Partner closely with operations, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose insights
- Support operational planning, forecasting, and performance reviews through timely and accurate reporting
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on data interpretation and effective use of reports and dashboards
- Continuously improve reporting frameworks, metrics, and processes to enhance visibility, accountability, and business performance
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy and reliability of operational and BI reports
- Timeliness of reporting and dashboard delivery
- Adoption and usage of dashboards by stakeholders
- Reduction in manual reporting effort through automation
- Improvement in operational visibility and decision-making quality
- Data quality standards maintained across HubSpot and reporting tools
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in an Operations Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Business Analyst role
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including reporting and dashboards
- Demonstrated expertise in Looker Studio for dashboard creation and data visualisation
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets, including formulas, data modelling, and automation
- Solid understanding of business operations and operational KPIs
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
