Ready to Own the Whole Funnel?
This is not just another ads job. We’re looking for a high-performance marketing leader to own the entire lead generation and sales funnel — from paid ad concept through to sales team handover — and scale it relentlessly.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and be given full autonomy and a capable offshore team to lead. But the accountability is real: you’ll live in the numbers, drive the strategy, lead creatives, run campaigns, and push conversion metrics across every stage of the funnel.
If you’re a data-driven doer who lives in HubSpot, thrives on line graphs, and obsesses over CPL, CAC, and VSL watched %, this role is for you. What You'll Be Responsible For
Strategy + Execution
Own the full funnel: ad → VSL/eBook → landing page → booked call → sale
Design and test offers, lead magnets, hooks, taglines, ad angles, and campaign architecture
Drive multi-platform paid media (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Creative Oversight
Approve and critique ad copy, video edits, graphics, landing pages, and eBooks
Run high-volume A/B/C/D creative tests weekly (dozens to hundreds of variations)
Lead content direction across all funnel assets
Team Leadership
Directly manage:
Offshore creative team (design/video)
Offshore web developer
Offshore CRM and automation team
Australian-based copywriter
Project manage the creation of all assets, pages, and campaign materials end-to-end
HubSpot Mastery
Build and optimize workflows, lead scoring, nurtures, and lifecycle tracking
Track every funnel stage inside HubSpot — from ad click to sale
Own dashboards and reports — no waiting for someone else to do it
Sales Integration
Work closely with sales leaders to track conversion from MQL to SQL to sale
Use data to refine targeting, content, and handover processes
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
Have 4+ years experience in paid media, funnel strategy, and conversion optimization
Have managed budgets of $30K–$100K+/month across multiple channels
Live in HubSpot and can build everything from landing pages to lifecycle dashboards
Can write and direct great ad copy (and know how to test 50+ variations to find the winner)
Understand financial or property marketing (or can learn it fast)
Are obsessed with line graphs, reports, dashboards, and testing velocity
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Know what “funnel ownership” really means — and want it
