Business Development Executive - Subscription Sales - Sydney

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Executive/Closer to join our client’s growing sales team. In this position, you’ll work with pre-qualified prospects who have appointments already set for you. Your primary responsibility will be closing these prospects on a membership subscription.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage a pipeline of warm leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups for successful conversions.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for closed sales every month.
• Achieve weekly targets for completed appointments.
• Source new leads through referrals.
• Actively contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar sales role with a focus on closing deals.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for persuasion.
• Proven ability to meet and surpass KPIs.
• Driven, motivated, and passionate about hitting sales targets.
