About the Role:
Freedom Property Investors is seeking a bold and strategic Public Relations Manager to lead the charge in elevating our public presence and positioning Freedom as the most trusted name in property investment. This role is perfect for a dynamic PR professional who thrives on ownership, creativity, and high-impact execution.
You’ll be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive PR strategy that puts Freedom in the spotlight. From building strong media relationships and managing high-profile press coverage to driving guerrilla marketing campaigns and CSR initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the world sees our brand. This is a hands-on role where your ideas, execution, and leadership will directly impact our brand visibility and reputation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in public relations, brand communications, or a related field.
- Proven success in driving media placements and managing PR campaigns that result in measurable brand exposure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and crafting media-ready content.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact marketing or PR stunts and manage crisis communications if needed.
- Established network of media and influencer contacts is highly desirable.
- Experience with both traditional PR and digital media strategies.
- Proficient in using PR tools for media monitoring, reporting, and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated PR strategy to build brand awareness and public trust.
- Draft and distribute compelling press releases, media kits, and editorial content that earn high-value media coverage.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, media outlets, and thought leaders.
- Oversee and execute CSR initiatives, amplifying our community impact and philanthropic brand presence.
- Identify and manage brand partnerships, referral networks, and collaboration opportunities to strengthen our industry position.
- Lead and execute creative guerrilla marketing campaigns that differentiate Freedom from competitors.
- Monitor media coverage and measure PR effectiveness with clear KPIs and reporting.
- Serve as a key spokesperson or liaison for media engagements, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Support reputation management efforts, proactively addressing any PR risks or crises.
- Stay on top of industry trends and identify new opportunities to keep the Freedom brand relevant and talked about.
