- Base salary range: ₱45,000 - ₱75,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist (Level 3) to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to our internal users, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our critical systems. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilize your problem-solving skills, and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate vendors or internal teams.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Maintain and update the knowledge base of IT procedures and solutions.
- Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential problems.
- Implement and maintain IT security protocols.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift.
- Willingness to undergo and pass a police check, background check, and social media check as a condition of employment.

- Dual Core CPU (they can have more than dual core, just not single)
